About COURAGE

Through my artistic work, I study self-awareness material and recently I bumped into Ernest Hemingway´s take on COURAGE. He says that

“COURAGE is GRACE UNDER PRESSURE”

I so felt these words that they became the name of my latest artwork.

I often wondered, where do we find our courage? Is it something we are born with, or is it a skill we can practice, a muscle we can work out and grow.

Every time we need to move forward, courage is the fuel that moves us forward to the next step.

Hemingway sees it as coming from grace. So it is a virtue we can cultivate. The more we trust ourselves, knowing we are made of powerful positive energy, the more we act from a place of grace.

What is your view on Courage? If you had to suggest a friend where to find it, what would you tell?
